from webcam to finished product guide?

hi all (mike)


i was wondering if it was usefull for some knowledgeable person to write up a how to (how to for the how to section ?)for capturing and processing (settings ect ect) using a webcam to the finished product ?

possibly for newbies? just thinking out loud here

definately not knowledgeable, but as soon as this dob and toucam arrives, i intend to document everything warts and all. Mike is great at how he jazzes up images, and if he does with mine, then they will go in the document as a before and after. This document will be important as I hope to get on paper, silly issues that may seem simple, but are viewed from a newbie before all the terminology kicks in.

From collimation, star tests, first shots of naked ladies (did i say that out loud?), i intend to capture it all.

It's a good idea Vin, and I've already promised mick and striker that I'll write a registax how-to.

There's no 1 method for capturing every object under every conditions, but there's of course a general set of guidelines you can follow.

I hope to get started on it in the next week or 3.
