Deep Sky Stacker help

I tried for the first time today to combine a series of colour DSLR images in deep sky stacker. After all the processing (10 mins) I saved the image as a FITs file and when I opened it in PS is was stacked but greyscale (attached). Can someone tell me where I went wrong?

Hi Peter, never tried saving as a fits only as a tiff.
Under RawDDP settings there is a FITS tab.
You can check the top box (about monochrome) and choose your DSLR from the list. That might help but havn`t played with FITS very much. Attached a screen print of it.
cheers Gary
