Interesting Dob design .. thoughts?

Focal length: 1,500mm
Principal mirror pitch diameter: 305mm
Finder: 9x50
Eyepiece: PL10mm & PL25mm

similarities.....

Bears some remarkable similarities to the expected GSO 16" dob.....

Bears more similarities to the Skywatcher and Saxon Dobs. The concertina storage method is a great idea, and very Japanese.

Just looking at the pics I have reservations about the skinny poles and the mechanical stability. Still, more choices in telescopes is a good thing

The idea is good but the execution of that style scope would be a real challenge.
