WOOHOOO.. scored a colour laser printer for FREE!

had someone bring a colour laser into work a couple of weeks ago saying it's stuffed. So they bought another one, and when I asked them you wanna take this one away.. they said 'nah put it in the bin'. I fixed it up, bought a new toner and schebang! she goes.

Way to go

I sort of did that with a $2600 laptop (the one I am currently on). although I didn't get it for free Officeworks couldn't sell it after a customer returned it for operating like a dog.

I noted it was a 3 gig P4 with only 256 meg ram.

They had it on their throw out discount pile and I kept checking on it every day for 3 weeks. then they had a brain explosion, they discounted it from $2300 to $1000.

I bought it and stuck in 512 meg ram. works a treat!
