Making Camera Addapter

How can I make a camera addapter or some other method. I try holding my camera upto the 10mm eyepiece but just can't hold it still enough and I get pictures that appear to have a tail or something alike.
I tryed using a pices that came with my telescope, its like a barlow except theres nothing inside, only problem is that I can get it to stay tight on there.

I've seen an adaptor made from a piece of PVC pipe (big enough to fit over the eyepiece) with three screws to lock onto the eyepiece. The pipe is glued onto a flat piece of timber with a 1/4" bolt through it in the right place to screw into the tripod socket in the camera. This locks the camera to the eyepiece.

These type of adaptors are available at Bintel and other astro shops.
