Very deep blue sky in Melbourne

I just took a peek out my window and almost poopoooed myself when I noticed how deep blue the sky is over my area.

If this situation holds, could be some seriously good transparency tonight.

Living in Melbourne also, I try not to get too excited any time before dusk and having checked the satellite pics.

There is a fine cover of thin high cloud, but if it clears im hoping to cart my scope away from home for a looky tonight.
