Hi RB - not particularly concerned that the thread is locked: but to claim that my (reported) sighting and commentary from Elvis about the person who was the topic's focus is "not pertinent" is sheer balderdash; as is any presumptive comment that a subject "has already been addressed" - a more honest reason would have been a desire to avoid religous subject matter and (possible) conflict.
Unfortunately even this reason would have had to have included the proviso above, ie "(possible)" as none of the posters' comments could have been construed as aggressive or offensive, evidenced by the tone of their repartee.
I am on record as aproving the locking of my "Reconciliation" thread, as there was some steam starting to develope: though I should add that some of the inuendo that was allowed to flow re petrol, alcohol and associated offensive inference should really have been "jumped on" by you fellas long before the locking!
However, as I acknowledge, you chaps have a difficult task, but it is important to realize that there is allways a fine line between sensitivity and censorship.
