Omega and Eta Some Tests

Hi guys, I am trying a few different exposures and stuff at different temps and the like, so these two were good to practice on.

Omega was 1 min and 20 sec's and Eta Carinae was 2 mins and 20 sec's, and there were 10 exposures of each through the Tak and Canon 5D, guided on the G11.

I think the Omega was a little over cooked, and Eta seems reasonable so I will leave it to you guys to decide if they are worthy of posting.

Eta is a full wide field, and Omega has obviously been cropped.

I promise that this will be the last of these two as I intend to go for some other deep stuff soon.

Just wondering why you limit yourself to under 3 minute exposures?

With your lovely camera and tak and dark(ish) skies, surely you can do much longer?

I can do 4 minute exposures from my house without any dramas, at ISO800.
