Moon 22nd Feb

A rarity last night. A totally cloud free observing experience.
Not that you could see much with this blasted moon drowning out everything in the sky.
So here it is.
The Moon.
Taken through the Annie Jump Cannon with a 30mm eyepiece.

Very nice Moonage Jeanette. The finished product looks excellent. Nice and sharp with the extremes of illumination very well controlled. You must be pleased with this one!

I confess that I have a soft spot for the Moon, although I tend not to ‘fess up to that on the DSO forums. LOL!

Cheers

Dennis

A very worthwhile image to capture on a moonlit night, Jeanette!

Nice work!
