This hard bound volume, Atlas of the Night Sky by Storm Dunlop and illustrated by Wil Tirion and Antonin Rukl is for sale. It was published by Harper Collins in 2005.
For those who do not know, the first section contains the equivalent to Cambridge Star Atlas, the second section individual constellation charts to magnitude 7.5 and description of the main objects in each chart, the third contains noon maps and the last section planet details.
I have marked the constellation boundaries with yellow pencil and the constellation stick figures with pencil. It cames with dust jacket and I also covered it with clear contact. It is in excellent condition. It is also an excellent book for newbies.
Reason for sale is that I upgraded to Pocket Star Atlas, Sky Atlas 2000 and Uranometria 2000.
