small things are scary!!!!!

hey guys, like i mentioned in my other macro thread, i took receipt of my various adapters and whatnot so that i can get into the macro world properly and let me say... it's freakin awesome... and scary, take a look!!!

here's the various on each of the shots:

1. spider, about 15-20mm long
taken with the 50mm prime reversed onto the 28-90mm @ 90mm, close as i can get, handheld

2.) spider, same as above
taken with the 50mm prime reversed ont0 the 70-300mm @ 300mm, close as i can get, tripod mounted

3.) lady bug type creature, about 10mm long
50mm reversed on 28-90mm @ 90mm, handheld

4.) spider, about 10-15mm long
50mm reversed on 70-300mm @ 300mm, tripod mounted

5.) brown paper wasp thingy, 10-15mm long
50mm reversed on 70-300mm @ 300mm, tripod mounted

6.) super fly, 5-10mm long
50mm reversed on 70-300 @ 300mm, tripod mounted

I really like 3 & 5, they are pretty cool!

My little niece will love 3 as well, she loves the little lady beetle.

i know, he's like a scary little monster, they're all cute and cuddly, until you get up close!!!!
