Help posting Images in IIS

I can't seem to upload pictures for the life of me. Got the pics the right size, turned the router FW off as well as the one through XP...any ideas?

The latest is a 166kb Jpeg. Never had trouble uploading pics with other sites. Even tried IE instead of Firefox, no joy.

Even had to load my avatar from a website when i joined IIS.

It has to be something with a firewall setting or popup blocker?

Thanks for your help Mike - it's working!

Just ran through all the FW settings through the router, despite it being on "DMZ".

Turned out to be the "drop non-http connection on TCP port 80" - this had to be turned off.
