Where is the option to upload an avatar? I can't find it anywhere in my profile.
Am I blind?

Is that a Huntsman .
I've been bitten on the neck by one of them but don't hold a grudge .
Love spiders---great cocky killers.

Yep a huntsman, found it in the map room (toilet):

You were unlucky to be bitten, I've been picking them up for years without problem. Spooks the hell out of most ppl.

I didn't think they had any sort of toxic venom, just that they can give you an infection because they eat files that feed on carrion and excrement. I could be wrong, but they seem very timid none the less.

I thought you were supposed to be a hard man ranger living in the wild before you became king?

This is going to make your skin crawl and it freaked the wife out but I was bitten when it was crawling over me while I was asleep.
I felt something and thinking it was a Mosquito brushed it away .Thats when it got revenge and gave me a nasty bit on the neck.
Woke up in the morning to find the Huntsman dead on the pillow beside me and I was sick as a dog for a day.
dirty big red fang marks on my neck to go with it.
No i don't think they are deadly but have you seen the size of the fangs on them.
We have heaps of them my way.
One night watching TV a large Cocky scurried across the floor in front of me with a rather large huntsman bouncing along in hot pursuit behind.
He got him , that's why I like huntsman , natures little cocky killers.

I have one that lives in my work Ute or maybe he visits, The wife and I jumped in the Ute to go shopping one night and reversed out the drive way and when I turned around and hit the lights he was crossing the windscreen. Gee honey, which side of the screen do you think hairy is on? I went shopping by myself that night.

Your going to think I am huntsman nuts but one morning before work opened the screen door to pat the dog good by when something plopped on my head. Next thing I see is this out of focus hairry object stuck to my glasses.
Legs wrapped around the frame.
Needless to say the glasses went flying and my hart rate quaddroupled.
Was late to work that day!
A person should do somthing about all these spiders .
