Pick-Pocket

I have had to spend the last couple of days hanging around a hospital. One thing I noticed was every nurse has one of these strapped to their hip:

It's amazing what they had stuffed into them - pens, rolls of tape, scissors, notebooks, calculators, and that's just for starters.

I thought it would be a handy thing to have at the telescope. It could hold a red light, laser pointer, notebooks, eyepiece caps, and so on.

I guess a photography jacket would be a better solution, but for something to sling on your hip as your heading outside... could be useful.

Definitely looks like handy sort of carry-all. I can see a lot of uses for that.
