Thanks Scott. Yes, any longer than 7 minutes from test i have done will degrade the image rather than capturing more photons due to my light polluted area.

Thanks Steve. Yes thats correct. I dont have an observatory. What i normally do with the EQ6 is take the thing out, plonk on the markings and thats pretty much it. My polar alignment i can tell you is wayy off. i don't use drift align i normally look into the polar scope. The main reason why polar alignment doesnt concern me is due to autoguiding. This will eliminate accuracy of the mount. I also don't do PEC training lol. My autoguiding is the main thing. I can do over 10 minutes subs but due to my light polluted area, as i said to Scott, anything over 7 minutes will degrade my image.
