solstite and christmas

the solstice yesterday I’d celebrated with a commemorative minute,
now the sun will come higher again at our latitudes,
brings light and warmth back, (but afore the bad chillnes is to await yet)

we had a good day, at the trees sunlight sparkled the icy crystals,
here you see a picture
in the middle are red clinkers, this is my cottage, within I’m sitting now.

I wish all you a happy and marry Christmas !

They are pretty Ispom, reminds me of my time in the British Army in Bielafeld in the 1960's, the coldest winter 1964.
Have a Happy Christmas and a great 2008.

It's a good job there's only one winter per year, Ron.

Thanks for the images, Ispom. I'd rather look at them though than experience them.
