You want water pics, here's Ansons Bay on the east coast of Tas where the government have just sold off our public foreshore to the people that own the shacks (on crown lease) in these pictures. A decade ago, before our current prolonged dry weather, the foreshore was flooded like this quite frequently. The government persisted in the sell-off despite advice from their own consultants and legal advice re future litigation. Many of the shacks are only a foot or so above high water mark.
