Never heard of it and I'm pretty across the world of refractors. You could try searching the refractor forum at CN or asking the question there.

It is a bit of a nightmare tracking down which factory makes the the big refractors esp the Chinese ones. The 'known' scopes like Meade and some Celestrons come from Maxvision / JOC, most Celestrons and Skwatcher come from Synta. Jinghua also supply scopes to Antares and others. The above scope probably / may come from the below factories. [ see below ]. I have seen and viewed thru the small scopes they make - 60mm achros / 114mm Newts. etc. [with wobbly mounts] and they are of poor build quality and give inferior images - dept. store type scopes. The 4 in. on a EQ4 I saw 'appeared' of better build quality. I did not view thru one however. My impression is that the 'Known' brands would be more of a safe bet. The above scopes appears more likely to appear on the various E bay type sites - having said that I have read some reviews on the larger 5in. and 6in. Chinese versions and they appear to make 'reasoanable' and inexpensive scopes.http://www.hioptic.com/telescopes/
