Is there a simple way to fit a 10:1 focuser on a 5" Skywatcher MAK?

I'd like to get finer focuser on my Skywatcher - which due to the placement of the DSI - there isn't enough room to retro fit a 10: focuser without hitting the DSI. So I pondered maybe a 10:1 sct focuser like BinTel sell for $149 might be the go. There's a snag - the trar end of the Skywatcher seems to be a non standard size.

Does anyone know of a collar that can be used to match a Skywatcher 5" MAK that will alof you to put a micro focuser on it?

Thanks!

Matt
