WANTED: barrel extensions 2" (and 1.25")

I am looking for barrel extensions 1 inch (25mm) and longer primarily to suit 2" EPs, but also interested in ones for 1.25" EPs.

I am after ones that screw into the filter threads and are threaded for filters on the opposite end (rather than something like a barlow without the lens), this sort of thing: http://www.scopestuff.com/ss_epe2.htm

If you have any, or have any leads on where I might get some, please PM me. (Obviously there is Scopestuff in the link above, but at $US19 per inch + o/seas postage is a bit more than I'd like to pay.)
