Steel Tripod Legs - EQ5

Hi,

Has anyone got a spare set of steel tripod legs to suit an EQ5, or know where to get some?

Would imagine my chances are long but thought worth trying....

I wouldn't mind a new set for my EQ6, too. So I'd be interested in hearing of any sources too.

My EQ6 legs are locked up.

Andrews sells oval shaped aluminium legs that look much stronger than the regular aluminium tripods (made by Guan Sheng, 3 for $150). Might be ok for the eq5.

Thanks heaps Tony, I'll be ringing Andrews tomorrow!

Must have tried everybody else but forgot these guys.

Maybe we could get a slight discount together Mike?

Well Andrews can't provide either. The hunt continues.

Tempted to build one out of wood but making it adjustable might test the woodworking capabilities.

So Andrews oval aluminium legs don't fit the eq5 or they aren't in stock?
