Hi Shawn,

That looks awesome, how long was the exposure to get it like that?

Finally tracked this thing down recently for the first time but was the smallest blue smudge.

Thankyou guys it is very small, I love the colour, It was 4 x 60 secs at 400 , 350D on the 14"

Nice shot Shawn, is it worth doing a longer exposure as well, just to get some background stars to show through, maybe layering the two together??

Thankyou , I will try again but its so bright on the star background in any longer exposure drowned it, I would as you say need to mask out or layer...
