Hi John

Those are beautiful photo’s – well done. What gorgeous blue markings around the eye with that flush of pink adjacent the beak.

My personal preference would be to dedicate all the canvas to these birds and not have their name appear on there – I think it detracts a little from the main subject. Or at least make the text smaller and place it in the bottom corner.

Cheers

Dennis

Hi John

Great photo's. We have a family of Corellas visit every day and they have become quite tame.

If the bird feeder is empty, they fly on to the ledge of our kitchen bay window and peer in to let us know there is no sunflower seed.

A pair have been coming for three years now and this year they have returned and brought their babies with them.

Hi All,

Thank you both for the kind words,
And Advice,

Dennis,

I sometimes put the Birds Name in for my Grandkids, who often ask me "What bird was that you sent us Pop"

But I do agree,it's better to fill the frame with the subject.

Regards.
John

Hi Ving,and Alan.

Ving,
Luckily for me they dont hang around much, they would eat me out of house, and home,I had about ten in my yard a couple of days ago,and haven't seen any since.

Alan,

You are right, they Do,almost seem to pose for the camera.

Its strange when they look Straight at you,

Almost as if they are saying.
"Yeah, well I can see you too"

I see some funny things at times,Like Galah's walking on the ground,
They almost "Waddle" along, like a duck.

And,NOT trying to be crude,But today,I had a couple of Rabbits, trying to Breed,

My back yard is on a slight incline, and the Male lost his Grip,
And landed Flat,on his back with his feet up in the air,

I was in fits of laughter,Damn near wet myself.

Cheers for now.
John
