Making Slideshow work?

I have a slight problem.

I placed a lot of images into a folder and then put the folder onto a disk.

I open the disk, the folder is there but It doesn't display the usual 'Show as Slideshow' in the left Menu Bar.

What have I forgotten to do?

All the images are in the folder on the disk.

Ken if you are using XP, after you insert the disk a window should pop up asking what you want to do with the images, just click on slide show.

Failing that you may have to download the folder to your hard drive and then slide show will come up on the left hand column as normal.

I do use XP, and nothing opens up asking what I want to do.

What normally happens is I enter a disk, and in the sidebar is a list, and usually at the top of the list is 'Slideshow'.
Not in this case though

This is the first time I haven't had 'Slideshow' in the list.

Ahhh, yep. I see what you mean. I have it opening the slideshow from the initial window thanks.
But I have 2 folders on the disk (2 different slideshows) and I can't get then to open from the disk file.

One opens at the initial window you suggest but not the other one.

This screenshot shows where 'Slideshow' usually shows up, but it didn't this time.

Thank you for the phone call David

The result is that the folders have to be downloaded into the computer for the slideshow to work.

That's fine
