TIF into JPEG?

Which program can change a TIF into a JPEG image? Not Photoshop

If you don't have any image editing software like PS, Windows Picture & Fax Viewer will do it for you - open the TIFF & Save As jpeg. Otherwise there's lots of freeware/cheap image conversion programs around. I have ReaJPEG, although I never use it. Google "tiff, jpeg, converter, software" or similar and you'll come up with heaps. Irfanview should be able to do it, it's free.
