Checked Out NGC 7778/9

Good viewing conditions thursday night , so I set up the dob in the backyard, took out the new laptop and got Carte Du Ciel up and running. Spent an hour checking out the globulars around Scorpius and Sagittarius. Then proceeded to check out the Pisces/Pegasus galaxies. Simply brilliant, being able to immediately check out what's there. Managed to see the NGC 7778/9 group, albeit very faint, then on to M74 and on to Andromeda for a wonderful view.
By 9.30, the wispy clouds came in from the sea and I had to pack up.
Not impressed with the bloke who owns the vacant block, next-door; he has started building!!!. Might have to have words with him that I use that area for sky watching
