This lens was purchased 16.9.07 Brand New as part of 40D kit. It is in “As New” condition and has been used once to try out the camera. Lens comes with both end caps. Not too sure how warranty goes when sold on,but should have a year's warranty - can provide copies of receipts etc if needed.
