Minus 68 Celsius

Today's APOD shows the lunar eclipse from Antarctica. The temperature was -68C, and the moon was above the horizon for 14 days!

No problem with thermal camera noise there Glen .

Nice shot. It would be bizzare to see the sky circling around you rather than setting.
