NGC6744 and friends

Hi All,

Finally got a decent night for imaging !!!!

NGC 6744 and companion galaxies.

LRGB 75,25,25,25 minutes.

SBig ST10-XME, AO7, ED80 on LX200GPS.

Processed in CCDStack, Photoshop.

Nice looking image Stuart, good detail in NGC 6744 and tracking seems spot on. Good Melbourne nights have been few and far between. Well done

I enjoyed the composition of this object Stuart. The wide field perspective adds a pleasant dimension. The field does not appear flat however as some gradients/vignetting are present. Colour balance looks good. Certainly a keeper.

Nice shot there. I bet the AO7 is a nice bit of gear to have, wish theyed make an Ao system for DSLR's

I imaged this last night, shall be interesting how it comes out...
It is a very faint but large galaxy..you have done well!
