Pinch and a Punch - Spring is here!

"A Pinch and a Punch for the first of the Month" as the old saying goes.

But better than that - 'SPRING IS HERE!!!'

Not that you can tell here. It's still in the minuses!

But it will soon start to be much more comfortable being outside at night as the temps get up to around 8+

I hate the cold! And Ice has a way of making a night kind of miserable.

But it is now time (when it gets here) to enjoy slightly more comfortable temps, before the hot nights of summer come and fill the air with dust, smoke, and heat haze.

Spring and Autumn are my favourite Astronomy seasons. Even though the skies are clearer in winter, there is only so much cold a person can take

It has arrived here, I think got down to 12c last night. Soon we'll pulling out
the mozzie repelent : ) and back to shorts and t-shirt observing

Too right Ken, the good observing season is here which also means the end of dew!!
Last week i felt that Spring feeling in the air and it felt great!
I really can't wait for the November camp, good weather, great time!
