Opening and closing the shutter on the dome has been an issue from the onset, a whole year later Ive decided to do something about it...The images are of the guide blocks I made for the rope, the temporary rope is in the second image, now it is my plan to use rope again, and spool it on reels, motor driven below the shutter aperture, with a tensioner on the bottom of the top shutter...the approach I have taken is the result of surfing the net for a simple and practical method, but now Ive started on it I have reservations as to if it will work or not...
Does anyone here that uses an automated dome shutterer care to share detailed images of thier shutter opener upper..
Anything would be apprecited...
