Moving SCT from Fork arms to EQ Mount

Hi All,

Is there any easy way to do this? Can some kind of adapter be made or bought that allows easy switch between the two. I was thinking something like a sadle plate, like these

Such that you can leave the DM8 Dovetail plate on the OTA and move it from Fork to EQ mount as needed.
