My M4

Time I started posting a few shots, and with the less than ideal weather what better time.
Waiting for a few of the lower Scorpius objects to rise past the hanger roof where I image last week, and decided to snap a shot of M4, often overlooked by me.
2 x 300 second shots with the TSA102N, AP67 CCD Telecompressor, EM200 mount, ST2000XCM.
Not perfect, but for a couple of shots OK.
Gary

Hi Gary, a very nice image. You have got it resolved right into the core and the surrounding stars look very sharp as well.

OK? OK? It's better than OK! I think it's a great shot! The stars are nice and round, colour is great, framing is good.

I like it

Narayan,
nearly sure, but I have been wrong before. It was just north of Antares, and the Temma took me there (from Antares. Maybe I'll shoot another and see, next clear night.
Thanks guys, always good to have feedback.

EDIT,
just checked a few other M4 shots on the web, and it is. Phew!!!

Thanks all.
Gary, I tend to simply look at others and sit on my own. I am quite prolific with imaging, entering all the local monthly competitions, but like to let others post.

Well done, lots of outer stars but not burnt out in the core.

Nice work Gary

One of the features of M4 is the prominent bar of stars that crosess its core and you have showed it nicely.
