Another Omega Centauri

Hi All,
Heres my latest attempt at Omega. Its 10x40s on a DSI Pro II using an Orion ED 80 @ f7.5. Guided on my LX200R. I wanted to try some new processng techniques so this has had:

1. Vignette removal in Photoshop using a mask and
2. Grain reduction using a gaussian blur mask.

Let me know what you think

Thanks Doug
I am getting more serious about post processing (this means I spend hours of frustration in PS and now need glasses).

An Image to be proud of Dan.

As Doug has said great resolution and nice round stars also.

Photoshop processing is a big learning curve as we have found out, but a great image like this deserves the time being spent getting the best from it.

Well done - look forward to more

Hi Dan - really nice image.

Have your tried using Hue/Saturation adjustments to try and bring out some more colour in some of the stars?

Thanks guys
I should have noted this was a luminance image only so no colour to be had. I have a bit of a struggle getting the RGB done as well - as my scope is ALT\AZ I get rotation and while I think I've got the hang of the DSI drizzle to combat it, I still have probs with registration even using Deep Sky Stacker.
