M20 - M8

A couple of images from a couple of nights ago taken with my 10" Newt on EQ6 Pro, unguided. Had a bad alignment obviously and was limited to 15 second exposures before trailing became an issue. These frames weren't too bad out of the bunch.

Making decent progress there Steve. I think guiding is the break through you need to improve your S/N ratio. Looks like you have some vignetting present so you may want to investigate taking some flats to address this.

Hi Steve, nice images for 15 seconds. As you say when you sort out your alignment you'll be able to go deeper and get more detail.

Cheers

Nice, if you get more frames you will be able to bring out more data and they will be much better.
