What Is This Contraption?

A lot of super smart people frequent this forum, so perhaps someone here can solve a mystery.

My wife completely unexpectedly received this contraption in the mail with the return address of UCL Co Ltd, PO Box 6014, Botany NSW 2019. She did not order anything. The UCL lable covers another lable but the top lable cannot be removed.

There is some writing stamped onto one of the "rollers" that looks Koren or possibly Chinese.

The device is crudly made and nobody who has seen it has a clue!

Thanks for looking!

Seriously, a car lock puller? If yes, how does this thing work?

What is this contraption: A rodent trap

It's a rodent trap, you set the cylindrical part over a bucket of water with a bait on the end. The rodent walks out over the roller and is tipped into the water and drowns. The flat bars are to provide a ramp for the rodent to get to the top of the bucket.

It's a yabby pump with an orthogonal alignment thingy for Masonic meetings. Can also be used for SpaceX launches.
