VariMax-II Variable Eyepiece Projection Adapter with 2" to 1-1/4" lens adapter, $80 including postage within Australia.

Nice, setup for digital SLR camera for beginner astro-photography.

• VariMax-II
• Heavy Nikon lens carry case to suit VariMax II
• 1.25" to 2" eyepiece adapter (fits inside VariMax II)
• T-Ring adapter (connects Canon camera body to VariMax II)
• Camera and T-Ring bayonet dust caps

VariMax are the largest variable eyepiece projection adapters in production with a 2" telescope barrel and a 2" internal eyepiece barrel. It is large enough to use larger more expensive eyepieces and even some zoom eyepieces. (Inner cavity for eyepieces is about Ø73 x 130)

A 1.25" to 2" eyepiece adapter can be attached internally to allow the use of smaller 1.25" eyepieces.

Can be posted within Australia, or pickup from Frankston South.

Graeme do you know the maximum outside diameter 1 1/4" (or larger) eyepiece that will fit into this item?
I've had trouble fitting eyepieces in another thing I purchased for this purpose and wrote it off as a bad experience.
