GUM 15 NEBULA HaLRGB with 10" CDK

Hi everyone and happy new year,

Gum 15 taken taken from the ASV's Leon Mow Dark Sky site last new moon on Dec 27-30, 2024.

Used a 10” CDK telescope, AP900 mount, ASI 1600mm camera and HaLRGB filters.

Ha: 4.3 hours; Lum: 7.65 hours; RGB: 1.5 hours each.

A really nice object and enjoyed the processing it which was reasonably straight forward in Pixinsight.

Clear skies,

John K.

I've not seen this one before.

A very interesting object and even more impressive imaging session.
Colours look spot on with excellent dynamic range.

Nice one.

Thanks Peter -agree that this object does not seem to get imaged as much as other more popular objects - would love to see some more IIS images from the amazing AP imagers here
