Established in Maidenwell in 2004 (now located at Kingaroy) attracts 1000's of starry-eyed visitors each year from all over the world, to eyeball the Universe through 3 x Meade LX200 14 inch SCT's under dark, rural skies.
FYI, this setup herv in the South Burnett region of Qld, only a 3 hr drive NW of Brisbane, is the State's largest, self-funded public outreach Astro Tourism facility.
Now, due to my wife's ongoing health problems, we're looking for
Expression of Interest to buy and run it as an ongoing concern (with lots of help from the seller) or use the buildings and scopes, etc, for any other astro related purpose.
BTW, housing within the region is very affordable and the country lifestyle is 2nd to none.
