Tuesday night Saturn

Been working on getting the best Saturn image before I take on Jupiter and Mars. Trying to pick my nights in regard to the jet Stream here in Melbourne and Tuesday kind of looked the best according to Skippysky Astronomy weather forecast.

Below image is a stake of 2000 from 12000. processed via AutoSakkert, sharped through Registak.

Equipment LX200 12" GPS, ZWO244MC, UV/IR filter and TeleVue 2x Powermate.

Image not bad but I can do better.

Cheers

Anthony

Not a bad shot at all there. It’s hard to predict the best conditions - I use the BOM site but sometimes even a good night on paper can be challenging. Keep at it and keep posting!!
