Your best bet is going to be getting in touch with Avalon Instruments directly and seeing what sort of a deal you can get them to do you with shipping, as even the Australian Distributor is likely to say "we're not getting anything from avalon any time soon - buy from them directly"...

Hay mate, just a heads up if you decide to do this - Avalon charge quite a lot for shipping, and then you will 100% be dinged with duty (I've ordered a few things from Avalon and I paid duty every time).

This is one of the reasons they cost so much from Testar (if/when they have them) vs the RRP.

Testar do have a black one in stock btw.
