Just wondering if I can sue anyone for trespassing if my block was ever chosen as a landing site in the future......

(not that I'm like that)

A security guard that used to work with me used to 'own' a block of land on the moon. Makes a good conversation point when visitors come over and see your title deed! I don't think you have any legal entitlement though, there is a UN charter in place that states that no one can own anything in space (such as land on the moon), it is for all mankind.

Are there any covenants on the properties? The last thing you want is to have your little villa built out by some filthy rich oil sheik who puts up a multi-story apartment and blocks your view over the Sea of Tranquility...

So this is the so called Civilized human race, still cursed with the age old vice of ownership and propriety. We are still on this third rock because we still cant get over this curse, that is the root cause of what holds us back. If we free ourselves from this and see that nothing can be owned perhaps we will appreciate and share what is there. Perhaps then we can concentrate on education, emancipation, discovery and exploration. But let us firs free ourselves of these chains that we create and call it civil society. What right do we have to two coins, when one might save a life. And people buy deeds to the moon. From dust to dust, it will be null and void.

Regards

Yes that's true but if we wait all the good blocks will get sold!
You are a fair soul and I wish that all could embrace your vision .

What would be funny is if in about 20 years time a loop-hole is discovered and the UN has to honour these Lunar purchases!!!

Then the owners recieve a Rates Notice for $1,800,000 each for the last 20 years
