Note it connects to a computer with a firewire 400 port (for those with a desktop computer a PCI board is included to provide that port. Also depending on the age of the computer you may need a third party driver. Alternatively a 17" powerbook apple laptop with the relevant driver loaded can be provided for an extra $50 (plus shipping if applicable).
