Lions battle Buffalo and Crocodile!

I don't usually post these, but I thought this was pretty amazing.

Incredible wildlife footage.

It's about 8 minutes long.

I find watching/witnessing these things difficult but the instinct of protecting ones young/offspring that encompasses different species is something to marvel at........a stark reminder of natures circle of life

I empathize with Beren. Marvelled at the footage, felt sorry for the calf, felt sorry for the lions going hungry, didn't feel sorry for the crocodile(no fur) and was annoyed at some disrespectful comments by the observers. The hollywood ending made it all easier to cope with though.

Fascinating. I wonder how that calf ended up after being the centre of a croc-lion tug-of-war??! I was amazed it could even walk back into the herd

amazeing stuff mike .. I saw some footage a while back of a hungry lion sizeing up a dead wilderbeast that a big croc was gloating on in the middle of a waterhole .. damned if the lion didn't jump in swim out and grab the crocs dinner right from under his nose .. pure strength got it back to shore
just in time... I remember thinking maybe a lions life isn't that easy after all
