Looks like I'll be heading off O'seas in August, so must clean out the shed, and farm, try to sell the place.

geee apart from your distance there are a few items that woud be
quite interesting and useful up here in the bush. Now that Hammond
could even get me digging out my old Deep Purple records.

You could organise a clearance sale auction through the local real estate if you really had to.
