Pencil Nebula

Gday all


Pencil Nebula, small part of Vela. Larger scope would have been better or a mosaic. Too many trees in the backyard, was very low and over town lights. Fits taken over a couple of months.

I do like that aquamarine blue of the OIII. I don't think we see enough of it.

Fantastic detail and a great palette of colours - very well done, Steve.

That’s a brilliant shot! High level of detail and extremely deep. Well done!
It’s a beautiful area I think you could be entertained for weeks exploring it.

That’s a really nice shot if the Pencil nebula. I like the first one most with my eyes drawn to that orange corner. Complements that blue nicely. Great image!
