Space X Water Deluge Test - Insane

I just watched the first test of the new water deluge system at the base of the orbital launch stand and it sounded like a Starship being launched. I don’t have any specs on how much water was injected into the manifolds and how much pressure was achieved but if this system doesn’t work for the next Starship launch , nothing will !!

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nlOk...RlbHVnZQ%3D%3D

Listen to the audio using good quality headphones it’s absolutely mind blowing

Apparently it was only a brief test at only roughly half pressure and time duration.

I’m sure this will eliminate the rock storm and destruction of the base area which occurred on the first Starship launch back in April

Can’t wait for the next launch , it’s going to be a steam bomb of megalithic proportions

Cheers
Martin

So... that was a half flush? Can't wait to see a full flush.

BTW you can still see the damage to the storage tanks.

Chris.
