Three extra holes were drilled into the pier adapter for a modification that was never used, but these holes have no impact on performance or appearance when the unit is fully assembled.
The package includes all original accessories, such as the NexStar+ hand controller, two counterweights and power cable. The head unit comes in its original packaging, while the tripod will be shipped in non-original packaging.
