13th May Sun images

A nice sunny day today allowed me to take these images of the Sun at two different wavelengths.
First image is at 540 nm to show the sunspots.
Second image is of the E sector at H alpha (656 nm).
Third image shows the W sector at Ha alpha.
All are single exposures with a Canon 550d camera.
Thanks for viewing.
Cheers, John W.

Well done, John!
The filaments and prominences you show in Ha were very pronounced also in CaK.
Something new every day!

Thanks for sharing your images John. It was cloudy until late morning here and then just very hazy so it is good to see what we missed
