Putting my trusty EQ6-R Pro up for sale. I've moved to a ZWO AM5, so don't need this any longer.
Tripod is now included. Official Skywatcher tripod that ships with the mount as I managed to source a replacement. Pier extension also included. Price revised accordingly.
What is included?
- The mount, purchased in 2020. This is not the USB version, but this is not an issue.
- A shoestring ASCOM USB cable, works perfectly with EQMod and ASIAir.
- Unused hand controller
- Counterweight extension bar and two counterweights
- Geoptik hard case (worth $400 new)
- Geoptix counterweight bag
- Official Skywatcher EQ6R tripod
- Official Skywatcher EQ6 pier extension
The mount is in perfect working order, it guides very well (some screenshots of guiding performance from recent sessions with it attached). Guiding performance for me generally ranges from 0.4" - 0.7" depending on payload and prevailing conditions. I've used it with success on scopes as heavy as the Esprit 120. There may be some minor cosmetic scuffs etc on the mount but no major damage and it has always been carefully handled and stored in this case when not in use. The counterweights, likewise, may have some minor cosmetic chips and scuffs but nothing major. The case has plenty of scuffs from handling on the outside but still perfectly functional with no dents or cracks.
